JamFIRMS Portal is an on-line application that manages all of your formal communications with BOJ. Using JamFIRMS Portal, you will be able to complete and submit all required returns on-line. In addition, you will be able to see selected data of your institution’s profile i.e. the current information held by BOJ about your institution. You will be able to submit your Fit & Proper and Licensing & Approval Application as well as requesting changes to your organization Corporate Profile

Corporate Profile

This module contains the general information and will be the central repository of such information of all regulated financial institutions and their relevant stakeholders as maintained by the BOJ. Requests for changes to this repository will also be facilitated within this module. Annual Questionnaires (AQs), Personal Questionnaires and other forms will be submitted, processed and tracked within this module.

Fit & Proper Module

This module automates the process of requesting Fit & Proper (F&P) Assessments from the BOJ. This module contains all information regarding the fitness and propriety of all stakeholders of regulated financial institutions. Regulated financial institutions will now request Fit & Proper Assessments and attach supporting the documentation, which will be processed by BOJ and can also be tracked by institutions within this module.

Licensing & Approval Module

This module automates the process of requesting Licensing & Approvals from the BOJ. This module contains all information regarding the Licenses & Approvals of all regulated financial institutions. Institutions will now request Licensing & Approvals and attach supporting the documentation, which will be processed by BOJ and can also be tracked by institutions within this module.
